Most of our UK deliveries are made by DHL. They can deliver up to 9pm for residential address and 5pm for business addresses. In general, deliveries to business addresses are made the day after dispatch. deliveries to home address can be made up to 3 days after dispatch. However, this is not a guarantee as it can be affect by factors outside our and the delivery companies control. It is not uncommon for home deliveries to be made the day after dispatch depending on your location.

All parcels require a signature by someone over 18 years old as proof of delivery. We can not accept instructions that do not allow the delivering company to obtain a signature. If no one will be available to sign for the parcel at your home address we recommend specifying an alternative location such as your place of work. Orders that can not be delivered may be returned to us by the courier.You may be liable for additional delivery charges if delivery has been attempted at the address you specified, but returned to us.

The maximum weight for products packed into a single box is 25Kg. The approximate weight is shown on the product information page and during the checkout process. If you're order exceeds this weight you may be asked to contribute to the additional delivery charges made to us.
